Consignment shops are antiquated, they can't get the resale value that we can - we typically get 20-40% more! Why? Because they don't provide any information on the piece, they price very low and rely solely on foot traffic. Closet Compass is trained to recognize the trends and in demand designers. We will research, photograph, measure and write up all the information on your things and sell them online to a market place of over 700 million consumers WORLDWIDE & 24/7! You get an instant notice once items go up for sale and when they sell!
Please use the contact page to send us a brief itemization of the things you've selected for resale. Please see below of what we generally take. We will either meet you at your home at your convenience or you may come by the loft where we have our studio and storage loft. We will decide what is to consign and what is to donate, draw up inventory list and provide consignment contract. We will consign for a minimum of 60 days and up to a year!
Sales Commission:
- You receive 65% of the selling price of Luxury Bags and Jewelry
- 50% Clothing, 55% of Shoes, Scarves, Belts, other Accessories
- Anything sold above $2000, 75% of the sale is yours!
Plus, we offer free drop-off, pickup and delivery!
Merchandise must be:
- New or Like New High End & EDGY Designers
- Current & Vintage Styles
- In immaculate condition (no rips, tears, or stains)
- Authentic, Manufactured by the Original Designer

How it works:
Call or E-mail for an appointment!
Once we review your merchandise with you, we will decide on a price together, approve a consignment contract and you will get up to 75% once it sells. We provide you with a full sales report every month. It's that easy!
Please note, our clientele has very high expectations and shopping preferences. Closet Compass has been trained to recognize the needs of our shoppers and can usually inform you if we can or cannot accept certain items.
We also take extra good care of your items. We research a fair selling price, steam and photograph your items in our photo studio, list all items on eBay within two weeks of receiving the merchandise from our clients, shipping all items in a timely manner, and build a long lasting relationships with our clients and consumers by answering all their questions as promptly and thoroughly as possible. Please understand we may not be able to accept all pieces you may want to consign with us.
